Terms and conditions for sound healing
By attending a Sound session with Gemma Docherty, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

You are voluntarily participating in this session and understand that it involves the use of sound and vibration, which may cause physical or emotional discomfort.

1. You are aware that sound healing is not a substitute for medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness.

2. You take full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being during the session and release the organiser, facilitator, and venue from any liability for any injury, harm, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation.

3. You agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by the use of sound and vibration, in advance to Gemma Docherty and to inform the facilitator immediately if you experience any discomfort during the session.

4. You should not have sound healing if you have metal implants, a pacemaker, or certain serious mental health conditions. Those who are pregnant, particularly in the first trimester, or have epilepsy, also need to be cautious and consult a doctor first. It is also wise for people with severe anxiety or open wounds to consult a healthcare provider.

By attending the sound session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and are participating at your own risk.

Refund & Cancellation Terms

All bookings made with us are subject to the following terms:

1. Transfer of Booking to Another Person
Bookings are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend. Please ensure that you notify us in advance with the full name of the person who will be attending in your place.

2. Rescheduling
Bookings may be transferred to an alternative date provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled session. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Requests to reschedule a booking made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be accommodated and may result in the loss of the booking.

3. Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. Where possible, we encourage clients to make use of the transfer options outlined above.
