Sound Bath Experience – An Invitation to Deep Relaxation

Step into a space of stillness, resonance, and renewal.

I invite you to experience a deeply restorative sound bath where the soothing vibrations of the gong, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments gently guide you into a state of profound relaxation. As you lie comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you, your body begins to soften, your mind quiets, and your nervous system recalibrates.

Each instrument is carefully played to create layers of healing frequencies that:

  • Promote deep relaxation

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Support emotional release

  • Balance and harmonise the body’s energy

  • Encourage clarity and inner calm

The immersive tones of the gong help clear stagnant energy, while the Himalayan singing bowls restore balance through resonant vibration. Delicate chimes and subtle textures add lightness and spaciousness to the experience, creating a meditative journey that feels both grounding and expansive.

No experience is necessary—simply come as you are, rest comfortably, and receive.

Whether you are seeking stress relief, energetic balance, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, this sound bath offers a nurturing space for deep restoration.

Arrive from 6:50pm for a herbal tea and time to set yourself in your space (you will need to bring a mat to lie on and cushion and blanket for comfort).  The sound session will begin promptly at 7pm.

Book your session today and allow yourself the gift of sound, stillness, and renewal.

What you need to bring

Bring yourself, a cushion and a mat to lie on. Other things like a blanket, eye mask and any other comfort items are all encouraged to ensure you are at your most comfortable.  We recommend wearing comfy clothes so that you can fully relax.
